Extract the contents of the downloaded file ‘INPA-6.4.3-full.rar' and you'll find a.NRG file. This is a CD image that you'll need to either burn to a CD or extract to a folder using a tool such as ISOBuster.
Here is an easy way to install BMW Standard Tools to work with K+DCAN USB cables, developed by dallas.dainers and proved to be done in less than 15 min depending on the processing power of your machine.
The only requirement for this install:
Windows XP through Windows 10, 32 or 64 bit version
a working K+DCAN cable

NOTE: For everyone who's having issues setting the default folders, it is because some of the downloads excludes 'empty' folders. Therefore, make sure your folder structure on the C drive are as follows (if you're missing a particular folder, create an empty one):
